- 12 (1 ounce) sticks string cheese, halved and frozen

Preheat your oven to the desired temperature of 400 degrees Fahrenheit, or equivalently, 200 degrees Celsius.

In a small bowl, whisk the egg until it becomes smooth and creamy. In another small bowl, sift the flour to separate it from other ingredients.

Take a third bowl and combine the bread crumbs with Parmesan cheese. Mix them together until they form a uniform blend.

Using your hands, gently press each cheese stick into the flour to coat it evenly. Shake off any excess flour that may have accumulated.

Dip each cheese stick into the egg, making sure to coat it thoroughly. Then, press it firmly into the bread crumb mixture.
