Ingredients
- 4.5 lbs chicken breast (2.04 kilograms)
- 27 oz low-fat cream cheese (765 grams)
- 9 tablespoons butter
- 4.5 cups frozen peas (675 grams)
- 54 oz cream of chicken soup (1.53 kilograms)
- 36 oz egg noodles (1.02 kilograms)
Instructions

Place the chicken breasts at the bottom of the slow cooker.

In a separate bowl, mix together low-fat cream cheese, cream of chicken soup, and butter until smooth.

Pour the cream cheese mixture over the chicken breasts in the slow cooker, covering them completely.

Cover and cook the mixture on low heat for 5 hours.

After 4 hours, add the frozen peas to the slow cooker and continue cooking.

Near the end of cooking, boil egg noodles according to package instructions and drain them.

Once cooking is complete, shred the chicken with two forks and mix well with the sauce.
