Ingredients
- 2 cups long grain white rice
- 4 cups water
- 1/2 (12 ounce) container Spamâ„¢ sliced into 1/4 inch thick slices
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 1 (10.5 ounce) can brown gravy, heated

Combine the rice and water in a saucepan, then heat it over high flames until boiling point is reached. Gradually decrease the intensity of heat to a low simmer, cover the saucepan with a lid, and let it cook for 15 minutes or until the rice is fully cooked and all water has been absorbed.

In a separate pan, warm it over medium heat until hot. Sear the Spam slices until they turn golden brown. Take them out of the pan, and put them aside for now. Pour the eggs into the same pan; stir constantly until they are fully cooked and scrambled. Set them aside as well.

For each serving, place two portions of rice on a plate, followed by two servings of scrambled eggs and two slices of Spam. Finally, top it all off with a generous helping of brown gravy.
