SERVINGS
12 servings

Ingredients
- water, as needed
- 12 eggs, at room temperature
- 12 cubes ice cubes
Instructions
1
Fill a large pot with sufficient water to envelop all eggs, then place it on high heat and bring the mixture to a rolling boil. Utilize a slotted spoon to carefully submerge eggs into the boiling water, ensuring they are fully immersed. Continue to maintain a gentle boil.
2
Proceed with cooking for 13 to 15 minutes, depending on your desired level of yolk firmness. Once the cooking time has elapsed, remove the pot from the heat source and discard the hot water, retaining the eggs within the container. Immediately pour in a sufficient amount of cold water to rapidly cool the eggs, utilizing ice cubes for added speed.
3
Once the eggs have cooled sufficiently to handle, carefully extract each egg and gently break the shell on all sides without dislodging any shell fragments. Submerge the eggs back into the cold water and allow them to stand for an additional 15 minutes.
4
Finally, carefully peel and remove the egg shells before serving.
