Ingredients
- 2 ham steaks
- 2 sheets aluminum foil
- 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 (15 ounce) can sweet potatoes, drained
- 1 cup miniature marshmallows

Preheat your oven to the desired temperature of 350 degrees Fahrenheit or 175 degrees Celsius.

Take a ham steak and place it on each individual piece of aluminum foil. Distribute half of the brown sugar evenly over both sides of the steak, followed by half of the pineapple. Then, add a layer of sweet potatoes on top. Cover the rest of the brown sugar and pineapple with them, sealing the foil tightly around each steak to prevent any heat from escaping.

Place the sealed packets on a baking sheet and put them in the preheated oven for 30 minutes. Once done, carefully remove the packets from the oven and gently pry them open.

Take a handful of marshmallows and sprinkle them over the top of each packet. Return the packets to the oven, where they will be baked for an additional 10 minutes.
