  • 2 cups water
  • 2 tablespoons chopped carrot
  • 1 tablespoon chopped celery
  • 2 teaspoons chicken bouillon granules

Add a substantial amount of rice, along with an onion and a tomato, to the skillet. Continue cooking and stirring until the rice has undergone a noticeable transformation in color, resulting in a light golden hue, approximately 3 to 4 minutes.

Next, incorporate water, along with some carrot, celery, and chicken bouillon, into the skillet. Allow the mixture to simmer until most of the water has been absorbed by the ingredients, which should take around 8 minutes.

Finally, cover the skillet and continue to simmer until the rice has achieved a tender consistency, which may take anywhere from 5 to 8 minutes longer.
