- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

- 1 serving olive oil cooking spray

Combine zucchini strips and olive oil in a bowl, stirring until the vegetables are uniformly covered. Add rosemary, salt, garlic powder, and pepper to the bowl, mixing until the ingredients are evenly distributed.

Next, preheat a grill pan over medium-high heat. Spray cooking spray onto the surface of the pan to prevent sticking.

Once the pan is hot, add the zucchini strips and cook until they are tender and have developed a nice grill mark, flipping them halfway through the cooking time of 4 to 5 minutes per side. If necessary, cook in batches and spray the pan with cooking spray between each batch to maintain even cooking.
