Ingredients
- 2/3 cup water
- 2/3 cup white wine vinegar
- 3 tablespoons margarine, melted
- 2 tablespoons garlic salt
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon fresh-ground black pepper
- 1 tablespoon hot sauce
- 4 (10 ounce) bone-in chicken breast halves
Instructions
1
Combine water, vinegar, margarine, garlic salt, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, and black pepper in a bowl. Mix until well incorporated. Transfer the mixture to a large, resealable plastic bag. Add chicken to the marinade and coat evenly. Remove any excess air from the bag, then seal it tightly. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours to allow the flavors to penetrate.
2
Prepare your grill by preheating it to medium-high heat. Lightly brush the grill grates with oil to prevent sticking. Remove the chicken from its marinade, allowing any excess to drip off. Discard the remaining marinade.
3
Grill the chicken over medium-high heat, turning it frequently, until it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) and is no longer pink in the center. This should take about 10 minutes per side.
