Ingredients
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 2 1 1/4-inch-thick tuna steaks
- 1/4 cup spicy brown mustard
- 1 teaspoon mustard powder
- 3 tablespoons white sugar
- 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 3 tablespoons dried dill

Combine lemon juice and 1/2 cup olive oil in a large, airtight container; mix well. Add tuna steaks to the mixture and seal the container; refrigerate until ready to grill.

Preheat a large outdoor cooking device, such as a grill, to high heat and brush the surface with a small amount of oil.

Mix together brown mustard, mustard powder, sugar, vinegar, and 1/3 cup olive oil in a medium-sized bowl; stir in fresh dill.

Remove the tuna steaks from their marinade and place them on the preheated grill; discard the remaining marinade. Cook the steaks until they break apart easily with a fork, approximately 6 minutes per side. Drizzle the steaks with the mustard-dill sauce and serve.
