Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Italian dressing
- 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
- 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 cup chili sauce
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 5 pounds sirloin steak tips
Instructions
1
Combine all of the marinade ingredients - teriyaki sauce, Worcestershire sauce, chili sauce, soy sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, and pepper - in a resealable plastic bag. Add the steak tips to the marinade mixture and seal the bag tightly. Remove as much air as possible from the bag before sealing it completely. Place the marinade in the refrigerator and allow it to work its magic for at least 2 hours.
2
Next, prepare your grill by preheating it to medium-high heat. Lightly brush the grill grates with oil to prevent sticking and ensure a smooth cooking experience. Remove the steak tips from their marinade and gently shake off any excess before proceeding.
3
In a small saucepan, pour the remaining marinade mixture and bring it to a rolling boil. Once boiling, reduce the heat to medium-low and let it simmer for 10 minutes before setting it aside.
4
While the marinade is cooking, place the steak tips on the preheated grill and cook for approximately 10 minutes, or until they reach your desired level of doneness. Use an instant-read thermometer to check the internal temperature, aiming for 140 degrees F (60 degrees C) for medium-rare or medium.
5
Finally, serve the steak tips with their savory marinade sauce in a bowl on the side for everyone to enjoy.
