- 1/2 cup Dijon mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 pounds pork tenderloin

Combine honey, Dijon mustard, chili powder, and salt in a bowl to create a marinade. Pour the mixture into a resealable plastic bag and add the pork tenderloins, ensuring they are fully coated. Remove any excess air from the bag and seal it tightly.

Place the marinated pork tenderloins in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours to allow the flavors to penetrate the meat.

Prepare the grill by preheating it to medium, indirect heat and lightly oiling the grates. This will help prevent sticking and promote even cooking.

Remove the pork tenderloins from their marinade, allowing any excess to drip off. Discard the remaining marinade.

Cook the pork tenderloins on the preheated grill for 15 to 25 minutes, or until an instant-read thermometer inserted into the center of each tenderloin reaches a safe internal temperature of 145 degrees F (63 degrees C).
