Grilled Spicy Corn on the Cob
Ingredients
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 pinch onion powder
  • cayenne pepper to taste
  • garlic powder to taste
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 6 ears corn, husked and cleaned

Heat up the grill to a medium-high temperature before starting.

Mix together chili powder, oregano, onion powder, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a medium-sized bowl. Add softened butter to the mixture and blend until well combined.

Apply the butter mixture evenly onto each ear of corn, making sure to cover all surfaces. Then, place a piece of aluminum foil on top of the corn, large enough to wrap around it like a parcel. Twist the ends of the foil tightly to seal.

Place the wrapped corn on the preheated grill and cook for a considerable amount of time, about 20 to 30 minutes, until it is tender when pierced with a fork. Rotate the corn occasionally during this time.
