Gather all the necessary ingredients and equipment required for this recipe. Preheat your outdoor grill to extremely high heat, making sure the grates are lightly oiled with a small amount of oil.

Prepare the chicken by sprinkling a tiny pinch of salt into its cavity. Next, use some kitchen string to tie the chicken's legs together in a secure knot, followed by tying its wings tightly to the body. Finally, attach the chicken to a rotisserie for even cooking.

Place the rotisserie over the preheated grill and cook for 10 minutes, allowing the chicken to begin cooking evenly.
