Ingredients
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
- 2/3 cup ketchup
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 6 (6 ounce) fillets rainbow trout
Instructions
1
Combine the soy sauce, vegetable oil, dried rosemary, ketchup and lemon juice in a medium-sized container to create the marinade.
2
Set this mixture aside for now.
3
Position the rainbow trout in a medium-sized baking dish and pour the marinade over it. Place the fish in the refrigerator for about an hour, ensuring to turn it once during this time.
4
Preheat your outdoor grill to medium-high heat and lightly grease the grates. Remove any excess marinade from the fish, then place it in a small saucepan. Bring the marinade to a boil and then remove it from heat.
5
Transfer the fish to the prepared grill and baste it with any remaining marinade sauce while grilling. Cook the fish for approximately 5 minutes on each side, or until it is tender and easily flaked.
