  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

Combine the finely chopped onion, olive oil, freshly squeezed lime juice, a splash of vinegar, ground cumin, minced garlic, diced red peppers, and a pinch of salt in a blender. Blend the mixture until it reaches a smooth consistency.

Place the chicken breast in an airtight container or resealable plastic bag and pour the marinade over it; mix well to coat the chicken evenly. Refrigerate for 2 to 24 hours, allowing the flavors to meld together.

Heat a grill over medium-high heat and lightly brush the grates with oil.
