Preheat your outdoor grill to a medium-high heat level, ensuring it reaches the optimal temperature for grilling.

Apply a thin layer of oil to the grill grate, making it easier to cook and preventing food from sticking.

Using a sharp knife, carefully cut the top and bottom off a pineapple, then slice it lengthwise into 8 equal wedges.

Next, remove the tough outer skin and the core from each pineapple wedge.
