Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons teriyaki sauce
- 1 teaspoon liquid smoke flavoring
- 1 tablespoon molasses
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic pepper
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 1/4 cup canola oil
- 8 skinless, boneless chicken thighs
Instructions
1
Combine the savory flavors of Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, and teriyaki sauce in a sealed container to create a rich marinade. Add the depth of liquid smoke and molasses, blending until the latter has fully incorporated. Next, incorporate sesame seeds, brown sugar, paprika, garlic salt, and garlic pepper into the mixture for added texture and flavor. Finally, add minced garlic and canola oil to complete the blend.
2
Submerge chicken thighs in this marinade, ensuring they are fully coated. Seal the container and refrigerate for 4 hours to allow the flavors to penetrate the meat. Periodically redistribute the chicken within the marinade to ensure even saturation.
3
Prepare your outdoor grill for medium heat, allowing it to preheat before grilling. Remove the chicken from its marinade and gently shake off any excess, taking care not to tear the meat.
4
Place the chicken on the preheated grill and cook until it reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees F (75 degrees C), at which point it should be firm and opaque. Flip the chicken every 12 minutes to ensure even cooking, or until it is done to your liking. Discard any remaining marinade and serve the chicken hot
