Ingredients
- 1 pound beef top sirloin, thinly sliced
- 6 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 pear - peeled, cored, and minced
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced
- 4 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons white sugar
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon rice wine
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- 1 teaspoon minced fresh ginger
- 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper to taste

In a spacious container with a secure seal, merge beef with minced garlic, diced pear, chopped green onions, soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil, rice wine, sesame seeds, grated fresh ginger, and ground black pepper. Store in the refrigerator for 2 to 3 hours.

Next, preheat your oven's broiler and position the rack approximately 6 inches away from the heat source. Anoint a grill pan with oil and place the beef on it. Cook, rotating to achieve uniform browning, for 3 to 6 minutes, or until the beef reaches its desired level of doneness.
