- 2 tablespoons unseasoned meat tenderizer
- 1 cup white sugar
- 2 pounds beef flank steak, trimmed of excess fat

Combine minced garlic, grated ginger, and chopped onion in the blender's container. Add soy sauce, sesame oil, Worcestershire sauce, meat tenderizer, and granulated sugar. Blend until a uniform consistency is achieved.

Transfer the marinade to an airtight container or glass bowl. Make incisions on the flank steak and submerge it into the marinade. Refrigerate for an extended period, ideally overnight.

Heat a grill to medium-high temperatures. Sear the steak on the preheated grill for the desired level of doneness, approximately 7 minutes per side for a medium-cooked steak.
