Ingredients
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1 1/2 teaspoons chopped garlic
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 2 (1 1/4 pound) pork tenderloins, cut into 2-inch pieces
Instructions
1
Combine the savory ingredients of soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, and dry mustard in a spacious resealable container. Add the tender pieces of pork to this mixture, ensuring they are evenly coated with the marinade. Remove any air pockets from the bag and seal it securely. Refrigerate for a minimum of 1 hour or up to 8 hours, allowing the flavors to meld together.
2
Prepare your grill for high heat by preheating it outdoors. Lightly brush the grill grates with oil to prevent sticking. Remove the pork from its marinade, allowing any excess to drip off. Discard the remaining marinade.
3
Place the pork on the preheated grill and cook until it is nicely seared and the juices run clear, flipping it every 4 to 5 minutes on each side. Use a food thermometer to check the internal temperature, aiming for at least 145 degrees F (65 degrees C) in the center of the meat.
