Grilled Herb-Marinated Rib-Eyes
Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 6 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 3 tablespoons steak seasoning
  • 3 tablespoons steak sauce (e.g. A-1)
  • 2 tablespoons salt
  • 1 tablespoon pepper
  • 1 tablespoon crushed dried rosemary
  • 12 cloves garlic, roughly chopped
  • 1/2 medium onion, chopped
  • 4 (10 ounce) Delmonico (rib-eye) steaks
Instructions
1
Combine the oil, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, steak seasoning, steak sauce, salt, and pepper in a food processor bowl. Add the rosemary and garlic; process until everything is well combined.
2
Next, use a fork to pierce the steaks on both sides and place them in a large glass baking dish. Pour the marinade over the steaks, making sure they are fully coated, and then flip them several times to ensure even coverage. Cover the dish with a lid or plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 3 hours, or overnight.
3
When you're ready to cook the steaks, preheat your outdoor grill to medium heat and lightly brush the grill grates with oil. Remove the steaks from the marinade, letting any excess liquid drip off, and discard the remaining marinade.
4
Place the steaks on the preheated grill, cover it with a lid if your grill has one, and cook until they start to firm up and are hot and slightly pink in the center. This should take about 10 minutes per side, or until an instant-read thermometer inserted into the center of a steak reads 140 degrees F (60 degrees C), which indicates medium doneness.
