  • 1/2 teaspoon chopped fresh basil
  • 1/4 teaspoon chopped fresh thyme
  • salt and ground black pepper to taste
  • 6 fresh peaches, halved and pitted

Preheat the barbecue to a medium temperature and lightly grease the grill surface with oil.

To create the marinade, combine olive oil, fresh basil leaves, thyme sprigs, salt, and black pepper in a bowl. Let the flavors blend together for 5 minutes.
