- 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves - cubed
- 1 large green bell pepper, cut into 2 inch pieces
- 1 onion, cut into wedges
- 1 large red bell pepper, cut into 2 inch pieces

- 1 cup barbeque sauce

Heat the grill to its highest temperature, then lightly spray some oil onto the grilling surfaces.

Alternate chunks of chicken, green bell pepper, onion, and red bell pepper onto wooden sticks in a pattern.

Place the skewers on the grill and regularly turn them, basting with barbecue sauce as you go, until the chicken is cooked through and no longer pink at its core - this should take around 15 minutes. To check for doneness, insert a food thermometer into the centre of one of the skewers and wait until it reaches 165 degrees Fahrenheit (74 degrees Celsius).
