  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 large Vidalia onions, sliced into rings
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 hamburger buns
  • 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 4 slices provolone cheese

Combine sliced avocado with a squeeze of fresh lemon juice in a small bowl, adding just enough water to cover the ingredients. Set the mixture aside momentarily.

Preheat your outdoor grill to extremely high heat and lightly brush the grate with a small amount of oil to prevent sticking.
