Ingredients
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons ground ginger
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1/2 cup peanut oil
- 8 (4 ounce) skinless, boneless salmon fillets
Instructions
1
Combine the balsamic vinegar, lemon juice, and soy sauce in a bowl, adding salt, brown sugar, ground ginger, paprika, pepper, and red pepper flakes. Whisk until the salt has dissolved and the mixture is smooth.
2
Add garlic, green onions, sesame oil, and peanut oil to the bowl, stirring until everything is well incorporated.
3
Place the marinade ingredients in a resealable plastic bag or a glass bowl, then add the salmon fillets. Gently massage the fish with the marinade until it's evenly coated.
4
Refrigerate the bag or bowl for 2 to 24 hours, allowing the salmon to absorb the flavors.
5
Preheat an outdoor grill for medium-high heat.
6
Remove the excess marinade from the salmon fillets before grilling.
7
Grill the salmon for 4 minutes per side, or until it's firm and opaque.
