- 1 tablespoon Asian-style Sriracha chile-garlic sauce
- 1 teaspoon Asian (toasted) sesame oil
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes, or to taste
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- salt and ground black pepper to taste

Heat the grill to a medium temperature and lightly brush the grates with oil.

Combine ground beef, finely chopped green onion, hoisin sauce, spicy Sriracha sauce, sesame oil, garlic powder, red pepper flakes, grated ginger, salt, and black pepper in a bowl until everything is well incorporated. Divide the mixture into four equal parts; shape each part into a flat disk.

Place the patties on the preheated grill and cook for about 10 minutes per side, or until they are nicely browned on the outside and cooked through.
