- 6 cloves garlic, minced

- ground black pepper to taste
- 1 1/2 tablespoons dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon chopped fresh mint
- 1 (8 ounce) package crumbled feta cheese

Preheat your oven to a high temperature of 450 degrees Fahrenheit, or 230 degrees Celsius.

Next, lightly grease a large baking dish with oil to prevent the potatoes from sticking.

Then, combine diced potatoes, water, olive oil, freshly squeezed lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and pepper in a large mixing bowl until the potatoes are evenly coated with the ingredients.
