- 1 1/2 cups fresh bread crumbs
- 1 1/2 cups chopped baby spinach
- 1/2 cup light Greek dressing
- 5 ounces feta cheese, cubed
- 1/4 large onion, finely chopped
- 1 egg
- salt and ground black pepper to taste

Heat up the outdoor grill to a medium-high temperature and lightly coat the grates with oil.

Mix together ground turkey, bread crumbs, chopped spinach, Greek dressing, crumbled feta cheese, finely chopped onion, beaten egg, salt, and black pepper in a bowl; shape into patties.

Place turkey burgers on the preheated grill and cook until they are no longer pink in the center and the juices flow freely, flipping them over every 5 to 10 minutes. Use an instant-read thermometer inserted into the center of one of the burgers to check that it has reached a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees F (74 degrees C).
