Next, incorporate oil and eggs into the dry ingredients to create a smooth batter; adding milk will help achieve your desired texture. The resulting mixture may appear slightly uneven.

Preheat a cooking surface, lightly coated with oil, over medium-high heat. Divide the batter into manageable portions and drop them onto the heated surface using a large spoon; cook in batches until bubbles start to emerge on the surface and the edges begin to dry, approximately 3-4 minutes. Flip the cooked pancakes over and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, until they are golden brown on the other side. Continue with the remaining batter portions.
