- 1 head iceberg lettuce, shredded
- 2 tomatoes, diced
- 1 (10 ounce) bag tortilla chips, coarsely crumbled
- 1 (8 fluid ounce) bottle thousand island dressing

Preheat a large skillet over medium-high heat, and add the ground turkey. Cook continuously until the turkey becomes crumbly, uniformly browned, and loses its pink color. Incorporate the taco seasoning mix according to the package instructions. Take the skillet off the heat source.

Combine the turkey, black beans, lettuce, tomatoes, and tortilla chips in a large serving container. Toss the ingredients together with salad dressing until they are evenly coated. Serve immediately, or store in the refrigerator for an hour before serving.
