- 1 (14 ounce) can whole kernel corn
- 1 pinch ground ginger
- salt and ground black pepper to taste

Heat a large saucepan over medium heat and add ground beef, stirring constantly until it is nicely browned and has a crumbly texture, approximately 5 to 7 minutes.

Remove excess fat from the saucepan and add tomato juice, stirring gently to combine.

Add diced potatoes, sliced carrots, and chopped onion to the saucepan, followed by undrained green beans and corn. Add a pinch of ground ginger, salt, and pepper to taste.
