SERVINGS

Ingredients
- 1 pound flounder fillets
- 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup dry bread crumbs
- 1 tablespoon vegetable bouillon powder
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley, or more to taste
- 3 large eggs
- 2 tablespoons sunflower oil, or more as needed
- 1 medium lemon, cut into wedges
Instructions
1
Gather all necessary components for the dish.
2
Carefully wash and cut fish fillets into 8 thin strips. Pat them dry using a kitchen towel to remove excess moisture.
3
Prepare two distinct containers for the breading process. In one, combine flour and in the other, bread crumbs. Divide bouillon powder and parsley between these two containers and mix them together to create a uniform blend.
4
In a third container, use a fork to beat eggs until they are well-mixed.
5
Dip each fish piece into the flour, then coat it in the egg wash, and finally lightly dust with bread crumbs. Place the coated fish on a plate to await further processing.
6
Heat sunflower oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Once the oil is hot, gently add the fish pieces to it and fry until they turn golden brown, approximately 1 1/2 minutes. Flip the fish over and repeat the frying process on the other side.
7
Transfer the fried fish to a plate lined with paper towels to drain excess oil.
8
Serve the fillets alongside a sprinkle of parsley and lemon wedges.
