  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons chopped dried rosemary
  • ground black pepper to taste
  • 1 pinch salt to taste

Combine chickpea flour and water in a bowl, whisking until the mixture is free of lumps. Allow it to rest at room temperature for 2 to 6 hours, permitting the ingredients to meld together.

Heat your oven to a high temperature of 450 degrees F (230 degrees C). Spray the interior surface of an 8-inch metal pie dish with cooking spray.
