  • 1 1/2 teaspoons white sugar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons onion powder
  • salt and ground black pepper to taste
  • 2 1/2 pounds bone-in center-cut pork chops
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil, or as needed

Combine coconut flour, cornstarch, minced garlic, paprika, ground flaxseed, chopped parsley, baking powder, sugar, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a shallow dish.

Dip pork chops into the coconut flour mixture, coating both sides evenly.

Heat coconut oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until it reaches its liquid state. Sear the pork chops, covered, until they develop a rich brown color on both sides, approximately 5 minutes per side.
