- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1/2 cup rice flour
- 1/2 cup quinoa flakes
- 1/2 cup rice flakes

In a large bowl, combine the sliced apples with 1/4 cup of rice flour, granulated white sugar, and a pinch of warm cinnamon powder. Then, transfer this mixture to an 8-inch square baking dish.

Meanwhile, in the same bowl used for the apple mixture, combine 1/2 cup of rice flour, brown sugar, softened butter, and a sprinkle of quinoa flakes and rice flakes. Mix these ingredients together until they form a crumbly mixture.
