Combine the bourbon, brown sugar, crushed pineapple, honey, and garlic within the bag; refrigerate for at least 8 hours, periodically rotating the container to ensure even marination.

Preheat your oven to a temperature of 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Position the ham and marinade in a large, deep baking dish; pour water into the dish as well. Secure pineapple rings around the surface of the ham using toothpicks.
