Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons sake
- 2 tablespoons mirin
- 1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger root
- 1 pound thinly sliced pork loin
- 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
Instructions
1
Combine the soy sauce, sake, mirin, and grated ginger in a spacious container until they are well incorporated. Introduce the sliced pork into this mixture and stir until it is evenly coated. Cover the container and allow the ingredients to mingle for approximately 1 hour.
2
Heat a generous amount of oil in a substantial skillet or wok over extremely high heat. Sear the pork in this hot oil until it is nicely browned and cooked through; discard the marinade. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the pork should register at least 145 degrees F (63 degrees C).
