  • 1 cup rosemary-ginger simple syrup
  • 1 cup sparkling water
  • 1/2 cup fresh lime juice
  • 10 ice cubes

Heat the syrup ingredients in a compact saucepan over an intermediate heat setting, stirring constantly until the sugar has fully incorporated into the liquid mixture. Allow it to cease boiling and let sit, undisturbed, for one hour at a comfortable room temperature level.

Sift the syrup mixture through a fine-mesh strainer, pressing firmly on any solids to release as much liquid as feasible. Store it in the refrigerator until you're prepared to use it.

Combine gin, one cup of the rosemary-ginger syrup, sparkling water, and lime juice in a cocktail shaker. Add ice cubes to the mixture and vigorously shake until it's well-chilled. Pour three-quarters of a cup into eight glasses and serve immediately
