Ingredients
- 2 pounds baby bok choy, halved
- 2 tablespoons liquid amino acid (such as Bragg®)
- 4 teaspoons olive oil
- 6 slices fresh ginger
- 3 cloves garlic, sliced
- 1 teaspoon ground turmeric
- 1 teaspoon curry powder
- 1/2 teaspoon fines herbs
- 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/8 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- freshly ground black pepper to taste
Instructions
1
Preheat your oven to the highest temperature it can reach, which is 425 degrees Fahrenheit or 220 degrees Celsius.
2
Cover a baking sheet with a non-stick material called parchment paper to prevent food from sticking.
3
Mix together bok choy, liquid amino acid, olive oil, ginger, garlic, turmeric, curry powder, fine herbs, basil, and red pepper flakes in a large bowl. Add black pepper to taste.
4
Place the prepared bok choy on the baking sheet and pour any remaining liquid over it to coat.
5
Put the baking sheet in the preheated oven and let it cook until the thickest parts of the bok choy are tender, taking anywhere from 6 to 10 minutes.
