Ingredients
- 1 sack giblets from one turkey
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup diced celery
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 teaspoon poultry seasoning
- salt and pepper to taste
- 8 cups dry bread cubes
- 1 cup chicken broth, or as needed

Cut the giblets into tiny fragments.

Heat butter in a medium-sized cooking vessel over an average temperature until it melts. Introduce the giblets into this melting butter and cook for 2 minutes. Incorporate celery and onion; continue to cook and stir until they become soft, approximately 5 minutes. Take the skillet off the heat source and blend in poultry seasoning, salt, and pepper.

Put bread crumbs into a large container. Combine the giblet mixture with enough broth to make it lightly wet, thus preparing the stuffing for baking as desired.
