Garlic Stuffed Italian Bread
Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 3 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 loaf Italian bread
  • 12 ounces shredded Italian cheese blend
Instructions
1
Preheat your oven to a high temperature of three hundred fifty degrees Fahrenheit, or one seventy-five degrees Celsius.
2
In a mixing bowl, blend together softened butter, chopped parsley, olive oil, and minced garlic to create a savory paste.
3
Cut the bread loaf into thick slices, cutting on a diagonal every two inches, beginning at the top and working your way down without completely separating the slices. Then, cut across the slices on the opposite diagonal to form cube-shaped bread pieces still connected to the bottom crust.
4
Apply the butter mixture carefully between each bread section, followed by a layer of melted cheese. Wrap the entire loaf in aluminum foil to retain moisture.
5
Bake the wrapped bread in a preheated oven for fifteen minutes. Remove the foil and continue baking until the cheese is fully melted, adding an additional ten minutes to the cooking time.
6
Note: Be cautious when unwrapping the bread to avoid burning your hands.
