- 2 tablespoons toasted pine nuts
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic

Begin by rinsing the spinach under cold running water, making sure the leaves are still damp with moisture.

Next, heat a generous amount of oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the wilted spinach, toasted pine nuts, and minced garlic to the skillet. Stir everything together for about 2 minutes or until the spinach has softened and the pine nuts are lightly browned.
