- 1 1/2 teaspoons butter
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 4 medium purple radishes, sliced
- 1 bunch radish greens, washed and chopped
- 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese

Melt butter and olive oil together in a saucepan over a moderate heat setting, taking care not to let the butter burn. Introduce minced garlic into the saucepan and gently cook until it becomes soft and aromatic, approximately 1 minute. Add thinly sliced radishes to the saucepan and continue cooking until they release their natural sweetness, around 1-2 minutes. Next, add the leafy greens to the saucepan and cook until they have lost their crispness and become tender, also taking around 1-2 minutes.

Remove the saucepan from the heat source and incorporate crumbled feta cheese into the mixture.
