Garlic Rosemary Grilled Chicken
Ingredients
  • 8 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons minced fresh rosemary
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
Instructions
1
Acquire the necessary components.
2
Combine minced garlic, olive oil, dried rosemary, mustard, freshly squeezed lemon juice, black pepper, and salt in a mixing container. Set aside 2 tablespoons for later use.
3
Place chicken breasts within a resealable plastic bag. Pour the remaining garlic mixture over the top; seal the bag and gently work the marinade into the chicken. Allow it to sit for 30 minutes at a comfortable temperature.
4
Preheat your outdoor grill to medium-high heat and lightly coat the grates with oil. Remove the chicken from its marinade and shake off any excess moisture. Discard the remaining marinade.
5
Cook the chicken on the preheated grill for 4 minutes. Flip, baste with the reserved marinade, and continue to grill until it reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees F (74 degrees C) - the juices should run clear and it should be no longer pink in the center. Transfer the chicken to a serving plate and cover with foil. Let it rest for at least 2 minutes before presenting.
