Begin by filling a substantial container with salted water and placing it on the stovetop to reach a rolling boil.

Next, introduce your chosen pasta into the boiling water and let it cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until it reaches your desired level of firmness.

Subsequently, remove the pasta from the boiling water with a colander and return it to the container.
