Garlic Parmesan Roasted Kohlrabi
Ingredients
  • 4 kohlrabi bulbs, peeled
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Heat the oven to its highest temperature setting, 450 degrees F (230 degrees C).

Slice kohlrabi into thin pieces, roughly 1/4 inch thick, and then cut each piece in half.

In a large bowl, mix together olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper until well combined.

Dip kohlrabi slices into the olive oil mixture to coat them evenly.

Arrange the coated kohlrabi slices in a single layer on a baking sheet.

Bake the kohlrabi in the preheated oven until it develops a golden brown color, 15 to 20 minutes, stirring the slices occasionally to promote even browning.

Take the kohlrabi out of the oven and sprinkle it with shaved Parmesan cheese.
