Garlic Parmesan Pull-Apart Bread
Ingredients
  • 5 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 3 tablespoons finely chopped green onions
  • 3 tablespoons parsley
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 (1 pound) loaves frozen bread dough, thawed
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
Instructions
1
Prepare a 10-inch Bundt pan or tube pan by applying a thin layer of cooking oil to the interior surface.
2
Melt butter and mix it with finely chopped green onion, a handful of parsley leaves, beaten eggs, garlic powder, and a pinch of salt in a medium-sized bowl until the ingredients are fully incorporated.
3
Divide the bread dough into small, walnut-sized pieces and dip each piece into the egg mixture, coating it evenly.
4
Carefully place a single layer of egg-coated dough pieces into the prepared pan, covering the bottom surface completely; sprinkle a generous amount of grated Parmesan cheese over the dough. Repeat this process, layering and sprinkling the dough pieces and cheese until all of them and the Parmesan are in the pan. Cover the pan loosely with plastic wrap; allow it to rise until it has doubled in size, approximately 45 minutes.
5
In the meantime, preheat your oven to a moderate temperature of 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
6
Bake the dough in the preheated oven until it is golden brown, taking around 30 minutes.
