Ingredients
- 1 pound angel hair pasta
- 2 cups olive oil for frying
- 2 bulbs garlic, peeled and diced
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Start by filling a large container with water and adding a moderate amount of salt. Place the container over high heat until it reaches its boiling point.

Cook angel hair pasta in the boiling water, stirring occasionally, until it reaches a tender yet slightly firm texture when bitten into, approximately 4 to 5 minutes; drain excess water.

Heat a moderate amount of olive oil in a cooking vessel over medium heat until the oil starts to shimmer and a piece of garlic added to it sizzles when dropped in, 5 to 7 minutes. Add the remaining garlic and continue cooking while stirring until it reaches a golden brown color; remove fried garlic to a plate lined with paper towels using a spoon and set it aside, reserving the infused oil for later use.

Arrange individual portions of angel hair pasta onto serving dishes and sprinkle with the fried garlic. Drizzle a small amount of the garlic-infused olive oil over the pasta and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Set aside any remaining garlic-infused oil for future use.
