  • 1/2 cup minced onion
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Italian-style seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

Combine ground beef, finely chopped onion, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, dried Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Blend the ingredients until they are thoroughly incorporated. Place the mixture in the refrigerator and allow it to marinate for 2 to 4 hours.

When you are prepared to cook, heat up an outdoor grill to extremely high temperatures and lightly brush the cooking surface with oil. Retrieve the beef mixture from the refrigerator and shape it into six 1/2-inch-thick patties.

Cook the patties on the preheated grill for 3 minutes per side, or until they are no longer pink in the center. To ensure the patties have reached a safe internal temperature, insert an instant-read thermometer into the center of each patty and verify that it reads at least 160 degrees F (70 degrees C).
