- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 pinch salt and ground black pepper
- 4 large portobello mushrooms, stems removed
- 4 kaiser rolls, split

Heat the grill to a medium-high temperature, then lightly spray the grates with cooking oil.

Combine olive oil, balsamic vinegar, Dijon mustard, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper in a bowl using an electric mixer.

Spread the mixture evenly over both the tops and bottoms of mushrooms, allowing them to marinate for 10 minutes.

Place the mushrooms on the preheated grill with the lid closed and cook until they are nicely browned and tender, approximately 10 minutes, flipping them halfway through.
